These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EasyStox (the "Service"), operated by EasyStox ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EasyStox you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into this agreement.

2. The Service

EasyStox provides stock and ETF research tools including summaries, watchlists, screeners, alerts, and curated Knowledge lists. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;

  • Send spam or engage in abusive behavior;

  • Infringe any intellectual property or privacy rights;

  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Service, including probing, scanning, scraping, or introducing malware;

  • Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content;

  • Circumvent technical limitations or access controls.

5. Intellectual Property

We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, content, branding, and documentation. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your selected plan.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time; access will remain available until the end of the current paid period.

Market data, quotes, news, and analyst information are provided by third parties and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. We do not guarantee accuracy or availability of such data.

8. No Warranty

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for: (a) material breach of these Terms; (b) non-payment; (c) suspected fraud or security risk; or (d) repeated or serious policy violations.
