30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date.
How to Request a Refund
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refunds are processed by Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact us via our contact form and we will assist you.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from within EasyStox or via paddle.net. When you cancel, you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not automatically issue a refund for the current period.
